I am a regular at Benihana in Edison and everytime I come here I am greeted and welcomed. It is such a nice and fun atmosphere and the bartenders are amazing and speedy, especially Danna and her amazing customer service and smile! The food and hibachi is amazing 👏🏻 and Danna, as well as the other bartenders, do such a great job attending to me at the bar and making amazing mojitos! Benihana is definitely a great place to go to! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful dinner at Benihana! Chef Alejandro was fantastic—his cooking was perfectly done, and his entertaining style made the experience even more enjoyable. Server Sunam was equally outstanding, providing friendly, attentive service throughout the meal and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun, and the combination of Alejandro’s showmanship and Sunam’s friendly service made for a memorable evening. We look forward to coming back soon. Highly recommend!

My best friend, my sister and I had an amazing night! Alejandro was the best chef I’ve ever had at Benihana. I have been coming to Benihana since I was in a carrier and I’m 26 now - and Alejandro is by far the best. He did tricks I’ve never seen any chef do. He was so accommodating and nice. We can’t wait to come back and request him again. The food was phenomenal !!

ASK FOR CHEF RONG! I've been to this location a dozen times, but my experience with Chef Rong was by far, the BEST! The food was delightful! There was flavor in EVERY bite! His experience is top tier— not your traditional "Hibachi moves"
